Eleven single-story apartment homes were completed and leased in the fall of 2016, and this spring, the developer introduces a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhomes.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning, high-performance windows and direct-vent high-efficiency forced air furnaces. Balconies, patios and decks are per plan.
“First-floor units are ADA compliant with a no-step entrance, wide halls and doorways inside the units, solid surface plank flooring, and spacious bathrooms and vanities that will accommodate a wheelchair,” noted Andrew Yates, leasing agent.
One-bedroom, one-bath plans have 800 square feet of living space and monthly rents range from $1,295 to $1,395.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom designs have 1,028 to 1,360 square feet of living space and rents start at $1,495 to $1,795. Some of the two-bedroom units have integral garages.
Two-story townhomes have three bedrooms and two bathrooms with 1,360 square feet of living space with rents starting at $1,895 with an integral garage.
Surface parking also is available for additional vehicles and guests; detached garages can be rented if additional space is needed.
For a limited time, a one-month free rent and two months free Verizon Fios internet is offered with a 12-month lease.
Pets are welcome in select apartments and townhomes.
Shopping, restaurants and everyday services are found within walking distance in the Village of Williamsville. A walking trail for residents will be completed in phase two.
It is a short drive for an easy connection with Western New York’s three major highways: the NYS Thruway (I-90), the Youngmann Highway (I-290) and the Kensington Expressway (Route 33). The Buffalo Niagara International Airport is just minutes away.
A model unit and leasing office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday or other times by appointment.
