“We are excited about the new building season and anticipate much building activity this year,” began Rocco Roshong, directors of sales for Regency Builders LLC. “In fact, the weather has allowed us to build through the winter months.”
The current Amherst model at 74 Ashdale Circle in Lake Forest Estates soon will be joined by the grand opening of a new design across the street of 85 Penny Lane. This will also introduce the final phase of Lake Forest North — 10 home sites that will be ready for late spring. “Lot reservations are being taken,” he said.
Located on a one-third-acre corner lot, 74 Ashdale is a four-bedroom plan that highlights an exterior with partial stone banding, a sheltering front entry with columns on piers and side-loading garage that faces Penny Lane.

A new single-family home community with estate-size lots called Helenwood — an extension of Roxberry Estates, the North Wood subdivision in Clarence, and building in Windsor Ridge South in Lancaster makes for a full year, added Roshong. “We also build off site on the buyers own land.”
